113 SLU condos reach the market

July 15, 2021

The project is a block east of Fairview Avenue North, and a very short walk into the heart of South Lake Union. Rendering by MZA Architecture.

Plus Capital Partners recently received a temporary certificate of occupancy for what’s now called the Shoresmith Condominiums, at 1170 Republican St. in South Lake Union. Polaris Pacific is now marketing the 113 individual units and 69 parking stalls on two underground levels.

The eight-story project broke ground in the summer of 2019. MZA Architecture designed the project, and W.G. Clark Construction was the builder. Shoresmith replaced the old Row House Cafe, which encompassed a group of old Craftsman-style bungalows, and an art studio.

Plus had previously indicated the units would sell in a range from the $300,000s to the $700,000s. Polaris Pacific’s more current description says will prices start in the $400,000s. Condos range from studios to two-bedrooms. Individual floor plans and sizes aren’t yet listed. Amenities include a gym, roof deck and interior courtyard terrace. The marketing website is shoresmith.com.
