Our 205 Tower project at 205 105th Ave NE has submitted for Design Review with the City of Bellevue. The latest filing outlines a 24-story mixed-use tower with homes above active street-level retail and on-site parking. As shared in the article, the team is targeting a fall 2026 start.

Shaped by our Rooted in Resilience approach, the tower meets the city with a welcoming corner plaza, three flexible retail bays, and a public route that lifts to a second-level terrace via a grand stair and an elevator. Canopies, slender guardrails, and warm lighting extend the plaza language around the corner for year-round comfort. A crafted terracotta base gives the pedestrian edge texture and warmth, while screened podium facades allow natural ventilation and keep the parking visually quiet.
