We are thrilled to announce that our 5V Tower at Fifth and Virginia in Seattle has been honored with an Award of Merit in the Best On-the-Boards Mixed Use Project category at the 61st Annual Gold Nugget Awards. This project stands as a testament to Seattle’s architectural heritage, featuring a dynamic 484-foot tower integrated with preserved historic landmark buildings. Spanning 19,440 square feet, it includes 427 residential units, retail spaces, and office facilities, creating a vibrant urban environment. Our collaboration with Chainqui Development, KPFF Consulting Engineers, Studio TJP Historic Preservation, Oculus Light Studio, and GCH Planning & Landscape made this achievement possible.
