A long-vacant waterfront development site at 6211 Lake Washington Blvd. N.E. in Kirkland has sold for a little over $11.8 million, according to King County records.
The buyer was BDR Kirkland 15 LLC, associated with homebuilder BDR of Bellevue, which is planning a three-story, nine-condominium project with 22 parking stalls. MZA Architecture filed the plan.
