Bellevue-based MZA Architecture hired Mia Marshall as a principal leading business development, with the aim of growing its domestic work, said Kevin Sutton, the firm’s operations director.
“The perception in the industry is we do a lot of our work in China,” he said. “The reality is we do 70% of our work domestically.” The goal is to let more people know that, and develop more relationships with local developers, he said.
