25 Mar OUR COMMITMENT TO PARTNERS, CLIENTS, and EMPLOYEES
At MZA, the health and wellness of our employees, our clients, partners, and the communities we serve are our primary concerns. As we face the challenges of responding and preparing appropriately for the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken steps to safeguard our team and our clients in response to the recommendations of local jurisdictions and health care professionals.
To best serve our clients and partners – and in line with complying with all ongoing CDC health protocols and recommendations, MZA employees are working remotely until there is a consensus for when it is appropriate to resume normal business practices. We are happy to report, our Shanghai office is now returning to normal operations.
Our team will hold regular online coordination meetings to ensure our coordination efforts are in-line with our deliverables schedule. At this time, we do not project delays in impending deliverables but if any should arise our team members will, of course, notify you immediately.
We look forward to collaboratively working with you in this virtual and changing landscape. We continue to closely monitor the impact and public health officials’ responses and guidelines to coronavirus (COVID-19), and we remain flexible to adapt our workflow to support health and safety.
We are grateful for your trust in MZA as we navigate through this challenging time. Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones and do not hesitate to reach out to any of our team members with any question or concerns you may have. We stand ready to support you and will do everything we can to protect the health of all.
