As Principal, Patrick brings more than 35 years of consulting experience to his clients. Through advanced project management methods for work ranging from the two beautiful new Boys and Girls Club facilities in his home town here in Bellevue, to high rise towers on both sides of Lake Washington, Patrick makes each project personal. Good design and technical execution fit together to provide the right environment for a smooth construction process. As an industry consultant, Patrick has contributed to a group of distinct projects across the country, valued in the billions of dollars.
