Ricky has more than 29 years of experience working on a variety of commercial, retail, and residential projects not only in the United States but also in Southeast Asia. He has worked on big projects, such as an award winning $160 Million Mirabella Seattle Retirement Community in Seattle SLU as a Project Architect, a 1 Million SF Mall with 6 high-rise towers in Sentul, Bogor, Indonesia as a Development Director representing a publicly traded company there.

 

Ricky completed 4 podium projects around the Seattle SLU area in the span 7 years (2009-2016) as a Project Manager/Principal at Ankrom Moisan Architects. Ricky has worked on 12 podium projects in Seattle and Portland, with a capacity ranging from being a Project Manager, a Principal and as a Design Director.

The greatest joy being an Architect is transforming an idea of place making and going through a rigorous process to create the building where people live, work and play.
