1101 Westlake

Seattle, WA

Client: Holland Partner Group

Function: Office

Total Floor Area: 150,000 SF

1101 Westlake is a six-story, 150,000-square-foot speculative office building in Seattle’s Lake Union neighborhood, part of the larger Westlake Steps mixed-use development. Designed for the flexible, collaborative needs of today’s workforce, the building features an offset core on each floor, providing open, adaptable floor plates that maximize usable space and expansive views of Lake Union. The ground-floor lobby is conceived as an open “living room,” creating a welcoming, multi-use space for work and gathering. Situated in one of Seattle’s fastest-growing technology and life sciences hubs, 1101 Westlake reflects a forward-thinking approach to office design suited to the mobile knowledge workers of tomorrow.
