Rising from Bellevue’s walkable core, 205 Tower is a residential mixed-use landmark shaped by the city’s “park within the city” ethos. A generous public plaza anchors the ground plane, while garden terraces climb the podium to bring landscape upward. Clear, intuitive circulation, warm materials, and daylit amenity spaces create a welcoming place for neighbors and residents alike.

 

Design exploration process_

A lightweight canopy and planted stair choreograph arrival to 205 Tower’s podium; transparent storefronts and café seating extend the public realm up to an amenity terrace.
