Located at the intersection of Bellevue’s dynamic downtown core and emerging mixed-use neighborhoods, the Bellevue NE 8th project redefines urban density with a human-centered approach. The building’s massing is carefully sculpted to respond to the urban grid, public realm, and adjacent developments, emphasizing permeability at the ground plane and a visually dynamic skyline presence.

A material palette of high-performance glazing, textured architectural concrete, and finely detailed metal panels articulates the façade with a balance of solidity and transparency. Active frontage, integrated public spaces, and a strong emphasis on landscape connectivity anchor the project within Bellevue’s evolving civic framework, offering a vibrant, walkable, and livable urban experience.
