Comprising two soaring residential towers connected by an expansive urban plaza, the project emphasizes sustainable design, dynamic urban engagement, and modern luxury. The towers rise with a distinctive glass and steel material palette, incorporating LEED Gold standards. A rich integration of indoor and outdoor amenities creates a refined and livable vertical community.

The two towers ascend with a dynamic interplay of glass and form, capturing and reflecting the shifting twilight over downtown Bellevue.

At street level, the crystalline forms of Bellevue Towers assert a striking verticality, anchored by a vibrant podium of retail and public space.
