Nanhui New City, as the most internationally competitive special economic function zone in the Lingang New Area, will adhere to the positioning of ‘open innovation, smart ecology, integration of industry and city, and suitable for both business and living’. It will focus on highlighting the free and open service functions of the Dizhuhu core area, shaping a coastal characteristic, an ecological pattern where the city and forest coexist and are rich in humanistic connotations.

This project is located in the Chifeng Port Ecological Park, belonging to the coastal wetland area. How to utilize and highlight its excellent ecological features, inject service functions for the community residents, and make it a center of ‘city and forest coexistence, smart ecology’ integrating community culture, popular science, life, art, and sports.”
