Cloudvue aims to revitalize the heart of Bellevue with a vibrant, community-focused office and residential development at the city’s highest point, steps from the new Link light rail, transit center, City Hall, and Bravern shops. Spanning over 4.5 acres, the project features three 600-foot towers with public open space, pedestrian paths, retail, and a playhouse to activate the site.
The thoughtfully designed outdoor areas offer sunlight, seating, greenery, water features, and canopies, creating a welcoming space for both residents and the public. Located at 10855 NE 8th Street, Cloudvue neighbors the Bravern and other major developments, complementing them with two office towers and a hotel/residential tower near transit hubs.
The project includes pedestrian-friendly circulation tied to expected light rail patterns, on-site drop-off zones, and structured parking to manage traffic efficiently and safely. Cloudvue is designed to enhance downtown Bellevue, serving as a new central gathering place for the community.
