Costco Headquarters

Issaquah, WA

Client: Costco Wholesale

Function: Office

Size: 30 acres

A new nine-story office building and companion parking structure, reimagining Costco’s work environments around health, wellness, and collaboration through open-concept workspaces, flexible meeting areas, and dedicated food, beverage, and exhibit spaces. A connected parking garage extends this philosophy with a staff wellness center, vendor exhibit hall, and catering kitchen, while sustainable design strategies, including triple-pane glazing, daylighting optimization, a dedicated outdoor air system, and rooftop solar, reduce the campus’s environmental footprint. Together, these elements set a new standard for Costco’s corporate campuses nationwide, reflecting the company’s commitment to its employees, community, and the environment.
