Located just southeast of downtown Bellevue, East Main Village is a vibrant new transit-oriented development that brings together urban living, working, and leisure in a lush, pedestrian-friendly environment. Anchored by the new East Main light rail station, the master plan orients a series of office and residential towers around a central open space, activated by multi-level retail and garden terraces. Designed as a gateway into the city, the development maximizes sun exposure, connects seamlessly to regional bike and pedestrian routes, and integrates sustainable strategies—from green roofs to an underground central plant system. EMV emerges as a dynamic extension of Bellevue’s downtown energy while embracing the ecological character of its park-like context.

The East Main Village site sits at a pivotal gateway between downtown Bellevue and its surrounding neighborhoods, positioned directly adjacent to the future East Main light rail station and the I-405 corridor—linking the project to regional transit, commerce, and residential fabric.

Three perspectives illustrate the proposed mixed-use vision for East Main Village, with clearly articulated zones for office (blue), residential (yellow), retail (pink), and hotel (orange). The design orients density around a central green corridor and urban plaza, fostering active street-level uses and integrated connectivity across the site.
