The design of this multifamily project is based on the concept of “Rooted in Resilience” and takes its cues from the Pacific Northwest. Calm, earth-toned forms are carved back to make space for balconies, pocket terraces, and planted ledges. Warm materials and light metal accents keep the building relaxed and approachable. Located near transit in Wilburton, it offers grounded, attainable housing with small green rooms along the street.

Calm, stone-toned volumes are carved to create balconies and planted pockets, while a green roof and street trees extend the landscape across the block. The plan emphasizes walkable, transit-oriented living with small outdoor rooms that bring shade, greenery, and everyday social spaces to the neighborhood.
