Rising 460 feet, the tower’s sleek glass exterior and signature blue architectural glazing establish a distinct presence within the downtown skyline. As one of Seattle’s first LEED Silver certified green hotels, the project incorporates an expansive living green roof and sustainable systems throughout, demonstrating that high-density urban hospitality and residential living can be delivered without compromising environmental performance. From guest amenities and dining spaces to the residential lobby and rooftop terrace, the design balances sophisticated interior detailing with a commitment to sustainable, forward-thinking architecture.
