Located in Shenzhen’s Longhua District, Liangrun Tower is a vertical urban community that integrates industrial offices, public transit hubs, civic spaces, and green landscapes into a dynamic, sustainable development. Drawing inspiration from the concept of a “green ladder,” the design emphasizes intelligent technology, ecological integration, and flexible spatial organization. The tower’s sculpted massing, stepped green terraces, and multimodal connectivity reflect Longhua’s aspirations for innovation and growth, positioning the project as a new benchmark for smart industry urbanism in the region.

The tower’s organic curvature rises as a sculptural form, shaped by environmental forces and framed by layers of green terraces. Its flowing silhouette maximizes views, daylight, and natural ventilation while softening the tower’s impact on the urban skyline. At its base, the design integrates seamlessly with the surrounding transit and public spaces, establishing Liangrun Tower as a vibrant vertical landscape within the city.

Rising with a dynamic vertical rhythm, Liangrun Tower introduces a continuous green spine that wraps the facade and extends the experience of nature into the urban core. The base blurs the boundary between tower and ground, creating public plazas and fluid pedestrian connections to the surrounding city.

Anchored at the intersection of two major urban corridors, the tower’s footprint responds to site constraints with a folded, layered landscape that integrates directly with the metro transit hub. A porous ground plane weaves together public plazas, greenery, and vertical circulation.

The tower’s vertical program stratifies urban life into a layered composition: retail and civic amenities anchor the base, cultural activities activate the podium, and a seamless progression of central and high offices rise toward a rooftop garden. Device floors punctuate the structure, ensuring technical performance at every tier.
