New World Center Phase II

Suzhou, China

Client: Suzhou Sunny World Real Estate

Function: Luxury Residential/ Hotel/ Retail

Total Floor Area: 111,484 sm

Building Height: 210 m

Twin-tower mixed-use development in Suzhou, China, forming the second phase of Sunny World City, a large CBD development anchored by a Shangri-La Hotel. The project comprises luxury residential units, hotel, and retail across 210-meter towers totaling approximately 111,500 m² (1.2 million SF) and 410 residential units over 50 floors.

The design centers on a glazed curtain wall system with operable windows, giving each residential unit and penthouse suite large window-walls that maximize daylighting, environmental control, and skyline views. The podium level houses a ballroom, daycare, business and entertainment centers, fitness center, and private club, positioning the development as a premier address within the district.
