The “fronds” or “crown” stretch outward into super-luxury residences, resorts, and villa zones, symbolizing both spatial expansion and increased exclusivity. This palm-inspired form reinforces the project’s tropical identity while organizing programmatic diversity in a legible and evocative manner.

A meandering spine forms the project’s circulation and organizing axis, connecting key zones such as the theme hotel, apartment hotel, office building, retail plazas, and “stacked” villa courtyards. Strategically placed sunken plazas activate the lower levels and link to underground retail, while green roofs and layered terraces blend architecture with the landscape. Bridges extend toward the adjacent wetland park, enhancing permeability and reinforcing the development’s integration with nature.
