Planned as a warm, cozy urban retreat, complemented by lush landscaping, an intimate courtyard, and a stunning rooftop deck with sweeping city views. Sustainably designed green roof with water retention vegetation and photovoltaics. Other amenities include collaborative workspaces, a state-of-the-art fitness room, a pet retreat, and underground parking with EV charging stations.
Our firm had the pleasure of collaborating with MZA Architecture on two landmark projects—the Shoresmith, an eight-story multifamily apartment building in Seattle, and ELEV8, a large master-planned mixed-use high-rise community in Bellevue.
