Tower 12 is a 34-story residential tower in downtown Seattle, distinguished by its dynamic glass façade and sculpted massing. Rising 392 feet, the project offers a collection of high-end apartments designed to maximize panoramic views of Elliott Bay, the Space Needle, and Mount Rainier. The podium integrates resident amenities with active outdoor spaces, while the material palette of glass, aluminum, and stone elements grounds the building in an urban yet timeless expression.

Tower 12’s crystalline form anchors a prominent corner of Seattle’s downtown core, framing urban views with a refined glass façade and articulated massing.
