Located in the heart of Bellevue, Washington, ELEV8 is a transformative mixed-use development that integrates residential, office, hotel, and retail programs into a vibrant urban community. The master plan is organized around a dynamic pedestrian network that connects four slender towers rising above lushly landscaped plazas. Architectural design emphasizes curvature and lightness, with fluid tower profiles clad in high-performance glass. Activated street fronts and multi-level public spaces foster an urban village experience, blending luxury living with vibrant community life. ELEV8 sets a new benchmark for vertical urbanism in Bellevue’s growing skyline.

Ground-level activation is achieved through layered retail terraces, illuminated facade treatments, and curated public spaces, encouraging social engagement across the multi-programmed development.

ELEV8’s fluid tower forms create an elegant, shimmering presence on the Bellevue skyline, their softened profiles designed to minimize wind turbulence while maximizing panoramic city and mountain views.

Sculptural articulation of the towers emphasizes a kinetic verticality, enhanced by recessed balconies, layered glazing systems, and subtle variations in tower massing.
